At NUXE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty ritual. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return unopened and unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the unused products in their original box, ensuring all protective seals are intact and the Return Authorization form is included inside.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
